For clients who desire reduced fee from filing a TradeMark application until registration at low cost in Japan, it is possible to select “Type B” from the below options.

Type B

『Legal Services at Low Cost』

 

Legal services that enable applicants to obtain TradeMark right at low cost.

■ Attorney's fees are charged on a flat basis, i.e. the “Flat Fee” applies irrespective of the number of classes.

<No additional fees will be charged for multiple classes, and claiming priorities, filing amendments and registration procedures will be free of charge. >

■ Only applicable to Japanese applications made by overseas applicants/agents.

ⅰ　Recommendable for clients who attach great importance to low cost in Japan.

 

ⅱ　For clients who wish to retain a number of TradeMarks as strategic TradeMarks at low cost (ex: “stock TradeMark” etc) in Japan.

 

ⅲ　For clients who wish to obtain rights at low cost while having a sense of security in dealing with a Major International Patent & Trademark Law Firm that is highly reliable in Japan.
