≪ Schedule of Fees
for ”Type B” ≫
【Note：”Type
A” ⇒ Please refer to Schedule of Fees for ”Type A” 】 【Notes】 1. The above Official fee (Fees to be paid to the JPO) is the fee charged in case
when the goods classification is in ONE class. 2. Foreach class added to the goods classification, as an Official fee (Fees to be paid to the JPO) an additional fee of JP¥8,600. at the time of filing the application and an additional fee of JP¥21,900. at the time of registration, will be necessary.
⇒Please refer to Schedule of Fees 3. Attorney's fee is a flat fee of "JP¥60,000.". 4. We will NOT charge an
"additional Attorney's fee based on multiple goods classes at the time of
filing". 5. We will NOT charge an Attorney's fee for "claiming priorities" 6.
In case a request for a search for prior registrations has been made, we will
use IPDL (Japan Patent Office trademark search database) and will conduct a fee-charging TradeMark search (incurring separately JP¥20,000.).
7. We will NOT charge an "
Attorney's fee for interim service ". (However, the service will be limited to “Amendment”). 8. We will NOT charge an
